Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Adediran Kabiru Adekunle is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adekab Foremost International Limited. He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, finance professional, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, aviation, insurance, information technology, and environmental services.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and a Member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).
Throughout his career, Mr. Adediran has held senior finance and management positions in several reputable organizations, including Ashmount Insurance Brokers Limited, Ruby Nigeria Limited, SCOA Nigeria Plc, Olutayo Obabina & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Radmed Diagnostic Centre Limited, Greater Washington Limited, Mecure Healthcare Limited, Jawura Environmental Services Limited, and Sourcing and Produce Limited, where he currently serves as Chief Financial Officer(CFO).
A trained senior manager in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), he possesses extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, strategic planning, taxation, auditing, risk management, and corporate governance. He has also contributed to academic development as a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba (Surulere Study Centre, Lagos), and ICAN accredited tutorial Centre at Crest Professional Tutors ,( Ijesha -miles expressway, Surulere, Lagos) where he taught accounting and finance-related courses.
As an entrepreneur with over 15 years of business experience, Mr. Adediran has successfully transformed Adekab Foremost International Limited into a diversified manufacturing company with interests in polythene production, nylon printing, packaged drinking water, and logistics services. Under his visionary leadership, the company has expanded its operations across Nigeria and into neighboring African countries, earning a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
