Mr. Olawepo Olamilekan Felix is the Head of Operations at Adekab Foremost International Limited, responsible for overseeing the company’s production and manufacturing activities. He is a highly skilled printing and manufacturing specialist with nearly 20 years of practical experience in flexible packaging and polythene production.
He possesses extensive expertise in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial printing and production equipment, including multi-colour gravure printing machines, flexographic printing machines, polythene extruder blowing machines, and nylon cutting and sealing machines. His technical knowledge enables him to manage complex production processes, improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain consistent product quality.
Mr. Olawepo began his career in 2006 with Ricmond Poly Printing as a Printing Machine Operator, where he gained valuable experience in industrial printing operations, machine setup, colour management, and quality control. He later joined Bas Royal Investment Company Limited, serving as a Senior Printing Machine Operator from 2007 to 2019, where he contributed significantly to production improvement, equipment management, and staff training.
He joined Adekab Foremost International Limited in 2019 as Head of Operations, where he coordinates production planning, supervises manufacturing activities, manages operational processes, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Olawepo is a dedicated trainer and mentor who has successfully developed many machine operators and apprentices in the printing industry. He also received training in Computer Graphics and Desktop Publishing at God Glory Computer Training Centre in 2006, enhancing his knowledge of graphic design, artwork preparation, and pre-press production.
His leadership, technical competence, and commitment to continuous improvement have contributed significantly to the company’s operational growth and reputation for delivering high-quality packaging products.
